Shipping Policy

Preorders

 

If you are purchasing during a preorder event, we kindly request that you review the product description for the estimated shipping dates. Please be aware that preorders are produced in limited runs and in small batches; while this may require a slightly extended timeline to ensure quality, we believe the result is worthwhile.

 

Order Processing
All shirts are meticulously crafted in-house upon receiving your order. As each garment is produced in limited quantities and pressed to order, we kindly request that you allow a processing period of 3 to 7 business days prior to shipment. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.

 

Shipping Times


Upon the shipment of your order, the estimated delivery time will be influenced by your geographical location as well as the shipping method you selected during the checkout process.

  • For U.S. Orders, please allow a processing time of 3 to 8 business days. 

  • For International Orders, the expected delivery timeframe is 7 to 21 business days; 

  • Please be aware that customs delays may occur.

You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order goes out.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined at the time of checkout, taking into account your location and selected carrier. We do not impose any additional fees; the amount you pay reflects the actual cost of the shipping label.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages


Once the package is dispatched from our facility, it enters the carrier’s tracking system. We cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Should your tracking status indicate that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we kindly recommend that you reach out to your local post office or the respective carrier. We are committed to assisting you to the best of our ability; however, please be advised that we are a small team and not akin to larger enterprises such as FedEx and or Amazon.
